March is Upon Us, Will It Be Warm?
March can go either way as far as the weather is concerned. We thought we had spring already and then the second half of February played some tricks on us. It's best to remember to send the warm clothes and changes of clothes for March just in case we get either another cold snap or blissful puddle jumping!
This first week of March your hot lunch money ($6) is due by the 4th and the Advanced Room will be serving it up on Friday, March 6th. March 13th there is no school for students as the Teachers have their Prep Day that day. March 16th is the staff meeting day, so remember that it is early dismissal and no need to send lunches that day.
Let's all wear green on March 17th for some fun St. Patrick's Day shenanigans (and so that we don't get leprechauns pinching us)!
March 27th is Show and Tell Spirit Day - it's a chance for all students to have their turn at the microphone to explain why they love their favorite item so much! Don't forget to send the item that they just love to school that day.
We're on our way to actual spring, and don't forget to spring forward an hour when the time changes on Sunday, March 8th!
